Kurt began building in 1977 after completing degrees at Cal Poly Pomona and UCLA. The first house he worked on was a complete remodel in Manhattan Beach and for over three decades he has continued to develop and maintain a quality building company. He’s built over 100 custom homes, many multi-unit projects, several commercial projects, and countless remodels of all sizes.
During Kurt’s years of building, remodeling, and developing he has always realized his clients’ wishes and dreams while maximizing their resources. Kurt has said, “I want our projects to reflect the style and taste of the client, while being functional as well as beautiful. My main goal is to create a satisfying experience for the developer or homeowner. I have always strived and will continue to work at being the best builder possible.”
